One Step Beyond Intro
Boo! Scared you, didn’t I? But not nearly as scared as you’re gonna be after you listen to these terrifying tunes about werewolves, devils, witches, monsters and zombies; seriously scary stuff, kids - real spooky! Now, it might be too scary to listen in the dark, so you might want to be sure to turn on a light or three. In fact, I’m getting chills just thinking of it - chills, I tell you! Isn't that scary, boys and girls? Kids... whatsamatter? You don’t like being scared? Kids... kids... where did you go?

What would Halloween be without a scary story? Before television, Lights Out was where horror loving audiences would turn for their thrill fills. The radio show still holds up well after all these years - you can't go too wrong with the theater of the mind. The first one stars Boris Karloff, who learns there's some things that man just wasn't meant to delve into.
If you enjoyed that, there's a big collection of shows at archive.org: Lights Out Collection. Also, I've restored the sound files in the last two Halloween posts - clink the links, if you dare!
